这件卫衣的配色我太喜欢了,很少见。奶茶色基底加sky blue天空蓝色的印字。你们get到我说的了咩。洋气又显白,内里是薄绒的,非常亲肤。现在的季节可以代替毛衣做内搭。春秋两季可以单穿滴。版型恰到好处,不紧身也不会很oversize。
这条裤子颜色长在我的审美上。超美的丁香紫,不齁腻,很温柔。不买会后悔。内里也是超薄绒设计的但一点都不臃肿哈。裤脚带收缩可收可放,2way穿法。

Life as a PO is great.
Then suddenly a PM gets hired, and you're demoted to team babysitter and backlog scribe.
Slice the PO role vertically instead of horizontally. You don't want to create unnecessary silos and hand-overs.
If a Scrum Team needs so much attention from the PO he or she doesn't have time for the most important Product Management aspects of the job, then fix that dysfunction. Don't add a role to cover up the problems.
They are called self-managing teams capable of delivering value for a reason .
Making empowered teams is hard work and adding more layers hoarding information that's crucial to delivering value and making the right decision in the moment is not the way to go.
