【驼背矫正】线下案例矫正:青少年驼背,含胸驼背,严格意义上属于下面四种姿势中的“sway-back”的体态,伴随着肱骨内旋和前移。
如图2所示:一般有四种常见的姿势倾向:1.正常脊柱姿势;2.骨盆前倾式驼背、3.平背姿势(flat-back脊柱变直)、4.骨盆后倾式驼背(sway-back)。
经过一次线下矫正,身高明显增加,呼吸更加顺畅、深入[求关注]。恢复如下图右所示。下图姿势均为自然站姿下的体态。#运动康复讲堂#
