This lockdown is not as hard as previous ones, but I still quite look forward to the upcoming weekend - really need it.
It’s only been a few months since last lockdown, but I intentionally designed my wfh hours in those ordinary days, and wellbeing is a big part of it.
Here are a few of my tips:
✅ Limit news/social consumption
✅ mindset hacking
✅ block personal time on calendar
✅ HIIT!
✅ do off-screen activities for relax
✅ if can’t sleep, meditate or read!

今天看到網傳浦東的情況,大家人心惶惶。
你說我不怕,是假的,小的已帶電腦回家,隨時WFH了。
我想說的是上海反應是真的快,戴好口罩,做好防護,坐等官宣。

现在的工作最好的地方在于时间和地点都很有弹性。我申请了每周五WFH,所以今天就像往常一样出门,但施施然去了商场。开开心心window shopping,看一场电影;期间回复了一些邮件,跟泰国开了个会。在miss mustache吃完午饭,现在去咖啡店准备开下一个会。
之前一直不理解为什么有那么多工作日在星巴克开着电脑上班的人,现在我也成了其中一员。
讲真,这样工作一天,有效率又很疗愈。
