一个平凡的周二晚上，这两天一直有点隐隐头痛和喉咙痛，也许是上呼吸道感染？好久没去winerack了，今天正好和yao打车同行，回家的时候去店里带了瓶Chardonnay。本来想explore一下不同的genre，一开口询问结果还是go for the comfort zone，说着自己想尝试下bready一些的，没见过的外国staff居然推荐了一支95hkd的，thats such a good deal！95很难买吃亏哈哈哈，我买下打算试试，结果staff又tempt我说可以拿一瓶chilled的，更方便我直接喝。哎，今晚又启用了zjm送我的开瓶器开了这瓶尝尝。我对酒真的有自制力吗？我很怀疑。不冷不热的温水煮着半年长的小青蛙，泡在酒缸里，一天又一天。有主观能动性的身弱之人尽可能active地在生活，但上班之后又总是生病。这周一本来最后一节wine tasting课也因为生病skip掉了。哎。L'Odalet Chardonnay 2022，staff说他喜欢是因为it is a new world taste made by the old world. Brilliant caption! 95hkd没有啥complex flavor，nose wide的话medium pronounce，apple and a slight hint of mineral，但taste wide有很强的mineral, cream and breads flavor, coming from yeast。也许还一点点jasmine的味道。其他没啥特别的，基本上all medium，probably medium+ body。A pleasant easy drinking experience。才95块钱！还是paste一点region的info到这里，帮助明天的我记得现在查到了什么：
