It's clearly this event aims to show how Korean people celebrate lunar new year... Why should they write Chinese New Year in the post?
Seollal is a unique Korean tradition, influenced by China, and is based on the lunar cycle.“ It is one of the most important traditional Korean holidays. Korean Lunar New Year or 설날 (Seollal) is the Korean version of Chinese New Year. It is celebrated at the same time as Chinese New Year (except for a rare case every several years where they fall a day apart) and, as the name indicates, is dependent on the lunar calendar,” according to Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls.

【#零距离观展# 之《寿星轴》】“如今便好添龟鹤,元是南箕一寿星。”寿星,又称南极老人星,其画像常衬托以鹿、鹤、仙桃等,象征长寿。The belief in the God of Longevity originated from the old practice of stargazing and worshipping constellations. In the Qin and Han dynasties (221 B.C.-AD 220), people built shrines to worship the God of Longevity. Later, the paintings depicting this god became popular as birthday gifts to friends and relatives, as recorded by the Song-dynasty official Zhang Gang.#千年调宋代人物画谱# © Taipei Palace Museum For more: https://t.cn/A69CWGtZ
