According to media reports, dozens of merchants in northwest China's Shaanxi Province and central China's Henan Province stated that they had been sued by the "Tongguan Roujiamo Association" or "Xiaoyao Town Hulatang Association" for using their trademarks. Roujiamo, also known as Chinese hamburger, is a signature dish from Tongguan county in Shaanxi, while Hulatang is a well-known spicy soup from Xiaoyao Town in Henan. China's NIPA said that further investigations are underway and will be handled in accordance with laws and regulations.

严苛或惩罚会带来四R后果:

Resentment(愤懑）- this is unfair. I can't trust adults.
Revenge（报复）-they are winning now. but I will get even.
Rebellion（叛逆）- I will just do the opposite to prove I don't have to do it their way.
Retreat (逃离)- sneakiness: I won't get caught next time; reduced self-esteem: I'm a bad person.

给孩子惩罚当下可能有效，但长期可能有负面效果。因为孩子在当时做出了决定（可能是基于潜意识）。一种决定是就做坏的，来印证自己是一个bad person.一种是讨好，因为要“seek the love he doesn't believe he deserves”.
