Sweet Sour Pork Rib
Ingredients:
50g Ginger
500g Pork Baby Back Ribs
20ml Soy Sauce
80g Sugar
20ml Yellow Rice Wine
20ml Zhenjiang Vinegar
Preparation:
Soak the spareribs in clean water for half an hour to remove the blood.
drain the water and marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce and sugar.
moisten a pan with oil, put in the spareribs and stir fry until golden brown; add ginger slices, the remaining cooking wine and soy sauce.
add 200 ml of boiling water, add vinegar, cover with medium and low heat and simmer for half an hour.
When the spareribs are cooked , add rock sugar and salt to taste. When the broath gradually thickens, add 1 teaspoon of mature vinegar.
Collect the juices and turn off the heat.
