差不多3年前,由牛瓦时克核心团队参与打造的首款中国自主打造的TCR赛车——MG6 TCR赛车在浙江国际赛车场举行的2019年TCR国际汽车亚洲/中国系列赛第三站中迎来了正赛处子秀。两位车手张臻东和艾明达驾驶仍在测试中的赛车顺利完成两回合比赛,收集到了研发所需的数据,为这款赛车此后的亮眼表现打下了坚实基础。

Proudly developed by Newattek, the MG6 XPOWER TCR, had its debut race weekend at Zhejiang international circuit for the third round of 2019 TCR China/Asia series(July, 2019).
It is the first ever TCR car fully researched and developed in China. Zhendong ZHANG and Rodolfo AVILA finished both races driving two testing prototypes. Using the opportunity of the weekend, they have helped the team to collect valuable data, laying the base for a stellar performance in the races following that.
Newattek Co-Founder Jiawei WANG thinks developing and building a TCR car in China is an incredibly proud moment.

性能电池和普通动力电池究竟区别几何?牛瓦时克联合创始人王佳伟给出了自己的观点。“从电芯选择上,性能电池需使用功率密度极高的电芯,而动力电池则使用能量密度高,功率要求低的电芯。”
“自然,考虑到性能电池的高功率输出,势必会产生一些不可回避的挑战。最直接的就是发热,所以我们不仅需在BMS(电池管理系统)上做足文章,还必须使用高导电性的材料。举个我们产品的例子,在我们的‘入门级电动赛事电池组(eRacing Junior Moudle)’产品里,温度传感器的数量约是车规级的五倍以上。另外,适应于性能电池的一般应用环境——赛车运动,我们需对整个电池组的强度进行处理,碳纤维保护外壳是标配。”

What are the differences between everyday ordinary batteries and high-performance batteries? The answer is easy, different target!
Our co-founder Jiawei Wang has his opinions: "High-performance batteries use core cells with extremely high peak and continuous power rating, and ordinary batteries choose high energy density."
"Considering high-performance batteries’ extreme power output, challenges are inevitable. Firstly, as we know, there is a trade-off between the power density and the energy density. It means high-performance batteries normally cost more."
"Secondly, the heat generated means we need to extensively modify the BMS (Battery Management System) and HMD (Heat Management Design) for the safety and efficiency, at the same time use materials with high conductivity. Our eRacing junior module is a good example, the cars have 5 times the number of temperature sensors compared to Road EV. "
"Finally, in the tense environment of motorsport, a strong case ensures the strength."
