"大弦如雨般哼唱,小弦如秘密般低语。”一首悲伤的歌,一首痛快淋漓的歌,一声猫头鹰对世界的冷漠回荡在我的耳边。似乎有一种沧桑,又似乎有一种离别的凄美,让人着迷。
"Big strings hum like rain, and small strings whisper like secrets. "A sad song, a stirring song, an owl's indifference to the world echoed in my ears. There seems to be a vicissitudes of life, and there seems to be a sad beauty of parting, which is fascinating.

夜深人静的时候,我难过得想死,哭到崩溃。第二天起床,我看着自己被咬的手臂,依然像个无辜的人。夜复一夜,日复一日,我意识到所有的痛苦都要自己承担。这就是成长。
In the dead of night, I was so sad that I wanted to die and cried myself to death. When I got up the next day, I looked at my bitten arm and still looked like an innocent person. Night after night, day after day, I realized that I had to bear all the pain myself. This is growth.

Why Called Average Joe?
I might be asked why address myself as Average Joe, Yongren(庸人) in Chinese. I would say the following two reasons for adopting it.
One reason is that the English name consists of two words, and its second word "Joe" sounds pretty much the same as my Chinese family name Zhou, which is always incorrectly pronounced /zau/ like the Chinese character Zao(早) by every foreign friend whose mother tongue is English. In the meantime, on my business cards is XY Joe, which can help me hear my friends, English native speakers, pronounce it the way we Chinese do. Honestly, I made it.
The other reason is that I already become a man of the third age, who have seen too much of what has been taking place in my lifetime, resulting in my realising that I am absolutely one of the average people living an uneventful life day after day in the world despite the fact that I think I have done the best that I can diligently to be an intellectual snob and get on in life.
Wisely, to be an Average Joe is my top pick under today's conditions.
