冬训_第二阶段
经过基础期训练,我们的有氧能力已经得到很大的提高,身体素质也已经得到强化,之前长距离有氧训练给身体带来的收益已逐渐递减。
此时,在训练中需要加入新的刺激才能进一步提升整体的跑步能力。
而最大摄氧量能力的提升在冬训第二阶段将变得尤为重要,最大摄氧量的提升可以很好地为后期大强度训练提供保障,避免强度提升后,上气不接下气的情况产生。
冬训第二阶段(进展期)主要是在进一步提升跑者有氧能力的情况下,加入能够对自身的最大摄氧量进行一定刺激的间歇训练,通过间歇训练一方面使得上一组训练导致的疲劳得到一定程度恢复,同时又不让疲劳完全恢复就进入下一组训练,以进一步提升我们的有氧代谢能力,让我们在跑步时更加轻松。
间歇跑的训练总量约是基础期训练总量60-80%,训练的频率每周为2次,间歇跑每组训练时长控制在3~5分钟之间。每一趟的训练和休息比值应为1:1。
间歇跑心率控制在最大心率的97%~100%。我的两次间歇课一次为周二的仰山爬坡训练,一次为周四的场地间歇训练,周三休息,其他时间以有氧跑为主,周末LSD后10公里适当增加强度。
本周强度课增加有点超量,因此今天补个10km有氧跑。
今日课表:E10min(控心率130)+E10km(450一400渐加速)+E10min(控心率140)
完成情况:中矩中柜。
