Day32 :One Thing at A Time-关于一心一用
Do one thing at a time.
When you're busy it's tempting to multi-task, but if you want to stay calm and get stuff done, don't.
As your brain can only do one thing at a time.
When you do two things at once, you brain has to switch between them very rapidly and gets stimulated and floods ur body with stress hormones.
It's something called process thinking which means breaking a tast into small steps or chunks first and then focusing on the one thing you need to do at the moment as well as forgetting about other chunks until thier time comes.
All in all, just do one thing at a time with fullest attention and keep your mind in the here and now. It's not only a good habit to develop, but also coming to the nuture way as your brain is wired.
