"好喝又不會矮胃"的麥仔茶
還記的那一年廣告"愛X味麥~仔茶","好喝又不會傷胃",在餐廳裡我們常喝到的麥仔茶,今天我們就來用TEAMOSA試看看,我們用的麥仔茶主要成分包含了麥茶,甘草,中烘/種烘培的決明子;一般的熬煮方法是用2000-4000cc的冷水,大火開,水滾後轉中小火續煮30分鐘即可,可加入冰糖調味,冷飲或熱飲風味皆宜。
放入TEAMOSA後溫度設定95度,時間從八分鐘到9分半,沖泡過程中,麥茶的茶香充滿了整個房間,時間到了以後,麥茶茶味十足,新和春的元氣麥仔茶還加入了決明子,真的是好喝又幫助身體。

Barley Tea is one of famous tea. Customers usually served a Barley Tea when having meal in Chinese restaurant. It can wash away taste in the mouth and good for health. So we use 95 degree C water and 8-9 mins settings to brew it. After time's up, the aroma is filled up the room. However the Barley tea doesn't have a strong flavor but slight sweet taste.

Ingrédient: Orge Rad Glycyrrhizae Radix, Cassia Semen.
Le thé d'orge est un thé célèbre. Les clients servaient généralement un thé à l'orge lors d'un repas dans un restaurant chinois. Il peut laver le goût dans la bouche et bon pour la santé. Nous utilisons donc de l’eau à 95 ° C et des réglages de 8 à 9 minutes pour préparer le thé. Une fois le temps écoulé, l'arôme est rempli dans la pièce. Cependant, le thé d'orge n'a pas un goût prononcé mais un goût légèrement sucré.

“My project aimed to counter the occupational hazards, i.e. health and safety of construction workers, by using contemporary safety informatics to identify the risk factors and explore their mitigation strategies. It also explored rebar tying as an example which is one of the most strenuous demand in the construction trade,” says Dr Waleed Umer, our PhD graduate. Under Prof. Li Heng’s supervision, Dr Umer’s project has substantiated the effectiveness of safety informatics in enhancing the understanding of various aspects of occupational hazards. It could help derive better solutions and technologies to ensure a sustainable workforce.
It is no wonder that Dr Umer’s project tilted ‘Biomechanical Evaluation & Mitigation of Occupational Safety Hazards related to Manual Rebar Tying’ was selected in ‘The FCE Awards for Outstanding PhD Theses 2018/19’ as a mark of appreciation for its excellence and his exceptional presentation in early September.
In his current capacity as a part-time research associate, Dr Umer furthers his research interest and efforts in Prof. Li’s team.
