文章简介(来自作者):This paper presents an oscillator-doubler architecture in which the doubler is optimized for enhanced harmonic generation at THz frequency range. By designing the fundamental-frequency load impedance of the doubler, proper fundamental-frequency voltage is created at the transistor drain and utilized to generate second harmonic power. As a result, the new oscillator-doubler architecture has obviously better performance compared to that using a conventional doubler with a short-circuit load and 0-V drain voltage at the fundamental frequency. In addition, an inductor-sharing configuration is employed in the oscillator to further increase the output power of the signal generator. Using the proposed architecture, a 0.3-THz signal generator is designed in a 40-nm CMOS technology. The measured radiated power of the chip is -3.8 dBm.

声梦传奇2|最Mean评判张佳添提议即时死亡制,首集即淘汰一人?无綫节目《声梦传奇2》今晚(11/06)首播,与上一季相同第一集就有每位学员Solo唱歌的一段,并由评判给评语,当中有些学员表现出色的,也有被评判狠狠地批评的。第一位出场的学员是江廷慧,由加拿大回到香港的她经历了整整一个半月的隔离时间才回到香港。原来她由加拿大於上海转机,却不幸确诊,结果要等康复後才能回到香港。今季评判Miss Chan Chan听完她的演唱後给出非常高的评语:「overall、身形各方面都好好。」其後几位学员分别演唱後,就到了舒负责的部份,《声梦Junior》的XiX演唱《命硬》後,舒更即席「教路」要她们再多些情绪和激动些,但说毕舒就跣了一交差点做了「一字马」,十分搞笑。赛前大热赵小婷的表现则较为普通,舒:「你社交平台粉丝有三万,我就得万六,我等你教返我。」除了一些表现较好的学员,也有一些表现较差的,舒就指陈昊廷唱《爱得太迟》因为怕走音,所以保持在一个安全的音阶,但却变成唱得太平,没有起伏。来到张佳添的部份,评语严厉得多。「小提琴家」黄洛妍唱完《Greatest Love Of All》後,他说:「你个底好好,声好靓,但系你冇办法connect到,话唔到畀我知咩系最伟大嘅爱,但系你真系一块好玉,可以雕琢。」其中有两位学员一样选择了陈奕迅的歌,张佳添突然提出「即时死亡」制度,:「输了就走先。」最後唱《黄金时代》的Kim落败。这时候,张佳添才说出:「输咗嘅系要走先,系走先返屋企练歌。」到了Johnny Yim的部份,孙依唱了《约定》後,他就表示不要有「滑音」:「唔好经常滑嚟滑去,应该用自己方法。」可是她却哭了,认为自己表现不好。Johnny在事後说:「如果要你好嘅评语都唔啱听,大众嘅评语会更加难听。」#娱乐聚焦#
