My birthday cake~ Been wanting to try it since I saw the picture just because it’s an ice-cream cake~
It has both chocolate and vanilla ice-cream and while I actually exclaimed that I could cut it with a plastic knife, it broke when I cut through~
All the ice-cream also melted towards the eaten side when I brought the leftover cake home~ It was like a landslide! Almost like the ice-cream ran away from the biscuits, holding on to the chocs and strawberries~

First photo would have been how I celebrate the spring festival. Monotone food delivery eaten alone in my transient place. Glad my LS Jiejie went her way, and fed me. She even prep an essential bar kit, a water flask
